This is a mom and pop shop in a very small space, you will not be considered for the job if you are overweight (many capable and friendly applicants have come in but were ultimately not hired). The bosses will ask you a few questions as you are filling out the application if you fill it out in store. The bosses appreciate your sense of style whether its quirky or professional as long as you are friendly and agree with most of what they say. If you appear agreeable and open to working hard they will take a liking to you. There are certain questions that have to be answered specifically in order to be considered for the job. The interview consists of 3 essential questions (provided below) and mostly questions that are meant to get to know you personally. For the most part the questions will be scattered and sometimes have nothing to do with the job itself mainly because they are general getting to know you questions.
