Interview was done with three staff members, HR Director, teacher and Principal. The interview was very impersonal and felt like they wanted to get through a list of questions rather than learn more about me. The questions were typical for a teacher: management style, differentiation, parent communication, and teaching style. This position was for a part time technology teacher and the questions seemed very irrelevant.
