Beta Calco interview questions

First it’s was an Hr phone call and then followed be a in person interview. The interview was super easy. Skill test on solidworks and an interview with the engineering team manager.

I applied through a job portal and the instructions said I should do an online assessment and send my resume. I completed the analytical portion of the assessment (30 questions out of 50) and sent a very targeted resume where my qualifications matched 87% according to JobScan. However I was not selected :( A few weeks later, I happened to speak with an external recruiter about this same job. He told me that this company is looking for 100% completion of the test before even speaking to any candidate. This is completely wrong! The average score for the Wonderlic test is approx. 20 questions. If you do more than that, it means you have a strong IQ. This type of assessment should not be used to screen out candidates with such unrealistic standards. DO NOT apply - it's a complete waste of your time!
