A brief discussion with the recruiter. As per usual first step in the interview cycle.
There are in total three steps which include:
1) Online Assessment (.NET, ASP.NET questions, System Design, Unit Tests(Mock)). Some encryption, sockets questions.
2) Technical Interview - .NET, System Design, Queues, Cache
3) Last Step (Growth questions)
