Betsson Group interview questions

I was given a design assignment, which I completed and submitted on time. After two weeks without any communication, I followed up to ask whether I was still being considered for the role. I was then informed that the position had been closed. What made the experience frustrating was that shortly afterward I saw the same role being advertised again. While I understand that hiring plans can change, the lack of communication and transparency throughout the process felt disrespectful to the time and effort invested in the assignment. I would encourage the company to improve candidate communication and be more mindful of the amount of unpaid work requested during the interview process.
