Bettcher Industries interview questions

Overall, the interview was fine. I was called in to be interviewed the same day and it was in the evening hours (after 6pm) which was odd but I was understanding because the person interviewing me was leaving to go out of town. It was clear they wanted to hire someone quickly, so I figured I would hear back shortly after my interview. To my surprise, it was several weeks before hearing back and I had already assumed I didn’t get the position.

The interview process was professional and well organized. The leadership was engaging, open with appropriate information and willing to share company strategies, products, culture, and expectations. I traveled to multiple locations.
