Responded pretty quickly to application, but took over a week to set the call time from when I submitted my availability. Screening call with Joyce. Was a lovely chat, slightly more challenging than expected of a screening call, but fine overall. The issue came after the call. There was absolute radio silence from Byond. No thanks emails or sorry emails. Absolutely nothing. I followed up and still didn’t get anything.

Good and friendly. Average i guess it was okay.there were 3 interviews technical interview , hr interview , and assignment we have to pass all of them to get the job

The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I had an initial phone screen with the head of recruiting, then an in-person interview shortly afterward. The job was kind of a stretch role for me but I thought I was honest and transparent about that in the phone screen. However the in-person interview with a product lead did not go well, as they clearly didn't feel that I was qualified for the role.
