Initial phone screening interview, then a remote interview with a counterpart in the NY office. Following that, meeting in person with four people in the SF office who the person hired would have worked closely with (CEO, Directors in other departments)

Have their written, Online, Physical presence in office too. It's conduced by many professional peoples in big halls and they have more than 30 number of questions set to be answered.
