The hiring process is quite simple but task oriented in Bhane. When I appeared for interview, I was first subjected to familiarising round with HR and Designing team, post that I had final job oriented interview with owner of the company. While the aim is always on a person with experience in the related area of work; the value is given more towards can-do attitude and desire to learn. A great place to learn and grow.
