Bikini Coffee Company interview questions

I submitted my resume to their company email for a position with their new store opening downtown portland, oregon. They invited me in for a one on one interview and although they were very professional and polite I could tell when I got there that they were a very busy store and I was way over my head as far as being able to manage such a location. I actually expressed that to them and they left it up to me if I want to complete the interview. I declined, apologized and left. Sounded like a well oiled machine they have going on there I just needed something slower pace.
