Interview with prospective manager was canceled less than an hour before the start time. 3P recruiter didn’t seem to be able to answer basic questions about the company that would matter to a prospective employee. Overall waste of time.

I had a call with the recruiter, which was excellent. Unlike most, he was interested in understanding my deeper motives for joining the team. The conversation was positive and upbeat. He did not spend time asking prying, probing questions.
