However, it became clear that the organization lacked clarity on what they were looking for, including the exact OTE range for the role. Despite my follow-ups, I never heard back from the recruiter, which is disappointing—especially considering they were the ones who reached out to me. A lack of communication and follow-through reflects poorly on the candidate experience.
