First interview was not actually an interview, but a presentation that was meant for a group. Followup after that was up to you if you wanted to continue the process or not.

There were different stages starting with a webinar, then survey. Then a manager will call you and schedule an interview, also online. They’ll go over company qualifications, also how to get licensed in your state. Then if you’re a good fit, they’ll move forward with the hiring process.
