Interview
Interviewed for a senior Technical Delivery Manager position and had a positive interview experience. Unfortunately, the recruitment follow-up was handled very poorly.
There was no communication for an extended period, and only after multiple follow-ups did I learn that the role had already been filled and the candidate had joined.
A simple, timely update would have saved significant time and unnecessary uncertainty. Candidates deserve basic closure and transparency, especially after investing time and effort into interviews.
This kind of experience is disappointing and avoidable.
