Multi-Stage Interview. A recruiter reached out to me and mentioned the process of the interview. There are a few stages to the interview process that go over the usual methodology behind your customer success experiences.

My interview experience seems to mirror others here. The interview request came the day after I applied. The first HR screening was scheduled for the same week, and the second interview with the Director of Customer Success was set up the following day. I was led to believe I was a strong candidate and had great conversations during both interviews, but then I was ghosted for three weeks. I followed up each week and requested feedback, but I did not receive any real response…only an automatic rejection promptly after my last follow-up. I also noticed that the job listing had been reposted numerous times since my first interview. Honestly, I feel like I dodged a bullet if communication is this poor.
