Blair Insurance brokers interview questions

The interview process with this company consisted of an initial telephone interview which lasted approximately an hour. I then received a call back for a face to face interview. This interview lasted another hour. I was applying for a personal lines csr position however, was asked questions regarding the commerical lines end of insurance. Interviewed by both the owner and the manager of Customer service. The company is currently going through some change, as far as procedure is concerned. No benefits.
