Smooth. We talked about the business and all the expectations of the position. It was a one on one interview so we had a lot to talk about (accounting, marketing, customer service and just over all basic computing things.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Blair (Warren, PA) in May 2016
Interview
The interview was rather simple. They liked that I had a fashion merchandising degree which was a great qualification for the position which worked closely with the merchandising department. I met with the Merchandising Coordinator and the Product Manager at the time, they were incredibly welcoming and I felt like it was more of a conversation than an interview which made me feel at ease.
