Blitz (Washington) interview questions

The hiring process contains three steps. First, is a 15 minute talk. The only purpose of this is to see if you're a chatty person and pretty enough to become a sales person. The second step is a full day meeting with clients and seeing how the job would look like. After that you'll have your third and final step, another interview with Tom. You can ask questions and he will discuss the salary options with you. You will get hired! He wants you to work for him so he can earn even more money. It's not about experience or anything else, just the money. You go out there and sell for the big client and he'll get his share from every single sale you make.
