I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bloom Energy
Interview
An over the phone interview that was mostly me walking through my resume and discussing my skillset / technical background, followed 2 weeks later by a series of 3 in-person, technical interviews (all on the same day). Each technical interview was with 2 people at a time. In general, it was very straight forward and there were only a few truly difficult or obscure technical questions.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bloom Energy (Sunnyvale, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
First interview involved in depth technical questions about my resume. Especially my technical/research skills.
Second interview was a "super day." It was 3 interviews back to back over skype with the team. They all asked more behavioral/soft skill questions. Though the head asked more detailed research questions. The entire process took 2 hours of skyping.
