Interview

Held in the main conference room. There was no test, but had about 3-4 people ask questions. It would be good to dress in "creative business" attire. There was no expectation of follow-up given.

Submitted resume. I was called in for three separate interviews. Interviewed with receptionist then with CEO and finally with the vice president. I really wished I would have read the reviews on Glassdoor before I went to the very first interview. I promise that they are all 100% true.
