There was three rounds of interviews I went through. The first one was over the phone and just went over my resume. The second round had me come into the office and meet with one of the VP's. This was again just getting to know me and a little behavioral. The third round was via zoom and was mostly behavioral questions. After the third round I was given a written offer.

Interview
First, there was a phone screening conversation that took about 15 minutes. Then I completed an online aptitude test which involved simple math and logic based questions. Last, I had an in-person interview with a couple managers in their Orem office. The job doesn't pay well and the interviewers at the Orem office were very condescending. They make you do a problem resolution drill which was the weirdest thing I've ever done at an interview. It had no relevancy to the job. I was put off by the people interviewing me and their interview process. I did not want a job offer from them nor would I have accepted it, especially because they don't pay well.
