I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Blue Source (Calgary, AB)
Interview
I interviewed with them. They were super nice during the interview and the overall process from applying till getting the interview was fast. They asked some questions about my background and questions and their behaviour was professional. Though it's sad that they have a funding from government for young recruitment that case they only hire Canadian citizen/permanent residents below 30 years old so they are not inclusive at all. They don't hire you for junior roles if you have Canadian work permit. Only citizen and permanent resident. The finding they use is from ECO Canada and these qualification are listed in the job posting as well. It's sad that you can not get the opportunity because they want to use that funding. My resume was far better than the hiring manager interviewing me. They asked about my status in Canada and didn't say much after. I was looking to see whom they have hired for future positions and none of them had my level of experience for the positions I applied.
