Blue Street Capital interview questions

One phone interview with the CEO. One in-person interview with the CEO and an operations staff member. Then another in-person interview with the Sales VP and President. Then a lunch with two of their staff members. The interview process was extensive and time consuming. These 4 interviews were spread out over the course of 3 weeks. It took them 2 weeks to give me an offer letter. Despite my extensive background in marketing (the President even said I may be over qualified), they offered me a low salary. In addition, the benefits packages they offered were too costly. For these reasons, I didn't see this position as the right move for me and I declined their offer.

The first day they had me come in and talk with the CEO about the position. The second interview was VERY generic. They had two pieces of paper with behavioral interview questions its a huge waste of time. The sales VP was very unprofessional he even became frustrated with me when I didn't know which chair i was supposed to sit in! After that I shadowed a guy for an hour and then left. The position is basically cold calling random people to try and get business.
