Excelente proceso de entrevistas. El proceso es fluido y siempre acompañado. Desde el contacto inicial tienes entrevista técnica y pasas por diferentes filtros. Lo único tardado es el background check. Si se atora algún documento que tengas que enviar ahí el proceso puede alargarse.

Mostly questions around SCM , past background and technologies worked, 3 rounds , 1:1 , panel . manager round and HR. Overall the panel was good made the candidates feel comfortable and make sure they are not nervous before proceeding with the discussion. first two rounds are key and then the manager/director rounds & HR should be smooth.
