I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Blue Yonder (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2022
Interview
The first stage was a phone interview with an HR recruiter; this step was fairly simple, straightforward questions. They want to see how to train/teach things to people. The second interview was via Zoom with two members of senior management. They did have a technical portion where some math skills were required, the questions asked this round definitely leaned more technical regarding knowledge on things like SQL, Oracle, Python, etc. and there was also a design "homework" portion that had to be submitted after the interview. Overall, the second round was pretty tough but the interviewers were easy to talk to and you can tell how much they care about their work.
Standard interview. First was a phone interview with the recruiter then it was on to the manager interview. The manager had a "co - manager" on the phone assessing my interview skill as well.
