It was a contract job, so the DON called and was very easy to talk to. She asked about my skills and experience. She said I would be trained sufficiently and would orientate until comfortable.

The interview was lengthy and I was talked down to about their perceived lack of experience on my part. They made sure to tell me about all of the benefits that they offer before ghosting me - even after I sent a follow up email.
