Interview
We met at an elementary school. Everyone takes a basic math exam then has a sample tutorial session. The tutorial session is you, a coordinator and a student. The coordinator watches you try to teach a basic math concept.
There were two interviews. The first was on the phone, second was on Zoom. Each interview had pretty standard questions, one thinking demonstration. Basic math quiz between the two interviews to demonstrate proficiency and gauge class level fit.

Interview
Two interviews were conducted, one phone interview, and the final interview was over Skype because I am out of state. Interview was very brief (about 15 minutes), very standard, not very hard. Included very typical questions like "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" and "Describe a time in your life when you had to overcome adversity." Very easy to prepare for.
