The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bluewrist (Markham, ON) in Nov 2019
Interview
(1) Phone interview with HR manager. (45 min. - 1 hr.)
(2) Onsite interview with SW team's manager and HR manager. (1 -2 hrs)
(3) Final onsite interview with main engineer of one of their software products, SW team's manager, HR manager and company's CEO. (1-2 hrs.)

-asked if I knew about Windows' desktop SW development tools (Windows Forms, WPF, etc.)
-general discussion of projects listed on the resume
-explain company's software products and how they interact with one another
-describe the challenges of multithreading
- shown a simple multithreaded program, asked me what was its expected output, if there was anything wrong with it and how I would fix it
apply online and got an on site interview with 3 interviewers, mostly about technical questions and experience, i.e. describing the project on the resume in detail, some behavioral questions also
