HR Recruitment needs to improve A LOT. Although we can assume that applicants should allot time when they are invited for an interview, their application process just waste applicants' time. Time is gold for everyone! I arrived 30 minutes before 9am (the set schedule for the interview), HR only went to me around 10. I input some personal info for their database then took an exam in less 30minutes as it was timed. So that finished by 11am then they asked me to come back by 1:30pm for the interview. I was back 15 minutes before 1:30 but then the interviewer (HR recruitment staff only) only called up my name by 2:30. There were no applicants at all during this time! There were only two of us! Maybe the reason why the recruiter was slacking off. I saw her walk by several times chatting to people as she passed by. During the interview, she does not even make eye contact. Although I passed the interview (as they made me go back for a demo), I didn't come back anymore. They could totally waste jobless people's entire day.
