Bond Street interview questions

The first meeting was mostly an introduction to the CEO and CTO in their office where they gave me an overview of the business and product. I later had a follow-up call with the CTO so that we could ask more questions of each other. From there, I was given a code test to do on my own time, which I spent two evenings on. Finally, I went back into their office to give a brief overview of my code test solution and had a soft 1:1 with one of the company's engineers whom I had not met yet. Each of these was about a week apart due to scheduling constraints on my end.

It was a phone interview, with a brief opening covering rudimentary information: age, school, interests, history in finance. Then moves on to questions relation to knowledge of marketing theory and experience in marketing as an individual. All in all, it lasted approximately 45 minutes but took nearly a month and a half to get back to me on the status of my application.
