Hard process to get onto the online application. Once in for interview you will be asked questions on how to deal with customers in certain situations. You will be brought around the shop floor and asked to sell something to a staff member pretending to be a customer with certain needs
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boots (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Sat down at a table and went through details. Then answered questions, moved into pharmacy, roleplay scenarios. Discussed the roles of job applying for. Skills. It was not too long winded but it required a lot of thinking.
