Interview
The interview process includes one telephone interview with HR, one personal interview at BCG and the last step is a personal meet and greet in Paris. The personal interview is structered in three parts and takes 3 hours:
- Online-Test
- Presentation of homework-case
- Case-Study
The atmosphere was very relaxed and the interviewers were very nice. It was a good experience.
First round: Technical & Personality Round where you will be given a task to complete. Based on that question will be asked. More than 2 people can take the interview

Interview
This was the first stage of the recruitment process in the BCG Gamma process. The process consists of a one way five video response mostly behavioral then some about BCG Gama. Each questions have unlimited thinking time, 2 takes and 3mins for the response.
