Applied and was asked to do a phone screen. Talked with a nice HR Associate and had a great, easy conversation about my experience. Got an email a few weeks later I wasn't moving forward. Six months later got an In mail from the same HR Associate asking to interview me for the same position. I told her I was still interested and recently acquired my PHR and she scheduled another phone screen. She called me 20 minutes late and seemed annoyed that she even had to talk with me. Only asked questions about my PHR experience. I followed up two weeks later and never got a response. (If you made a mistake by reaching out to me on LinkedIn, then own up to it. Don't waste my time and yours and make me feel bad in the process.)

Multiple interview process beginning with a phone interview and then extending to two interview periods with four individual interviews for each period. Some interviews were in person with their Chicago staff while others were done over Skype. Interviewed with HR as well as all those who were in the team I would be working for. Everyone was very helpful and kind.
