The interview mas multiple steps, phone screening, technical take home, business case, partner interview. Everyone I met was great and took time to answer my questions. It was nice with a take home because you get to show what you have worked on. The management case is pretty standard.

Coding challenge, then soft skills which i did not get to. Coding challenge was online timed in a third party tool. Not very hard but needed more time and didnt move quick enough.
The process includes six stages: HR screening, CodeSignal online assessment, basic pandas and data science case interview, followed by three business case interviews focused on practical problem-solving and business impact.

Interview
Four interviews in total, all in Japanese. The first interview consisted of Python coding and technical case questions. The next two were both technical case interviews. The final interview with a partner was a mix of behavioral and business case questions.
