The entire interview was on Hireview. Process was very smooth with only 3 questions, but you get two takes per question and adequate prep time. Be prepared to answer diversity-related questions.

Very fast. Application—> OA ~2 weeks after —> 1st round interview 1 week later —> Final round in-person —> Offer 3 days later
Communication from BCG was very fast and transparent, the recruiting team were all very supportive.

They now have a new online interview segment. It is quite tough because this is completely new and I don't know what to expect in terms of their grading criteria. It definitely takes away the personal aspect and is more technical than what I prepared for.
