I applied online. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group in Feb 2023
Interview
There were two rounds: In the second round The interviewer seemed uninterested in the extremely general questions. The interview was scheduled for 45 minutes, but it was over in 25. It was as if the second round was a formality and they had already made up their minds. I did not know what he wanted, and he was not responsive. He even rolled his eyes during the round and repeated what I had already told him, asking why I did not include it. They ghosted me after round 2, not even a rejection email, let alone a feedback. I have read about similar experiences about the India office on Glassdoor, so maybe it's a general practice.
