The interview process is long and challenging. You are expected to perform super well in cases, but the fit interview should also not be underestimated. They really want to know why BCG and how it fits into your long-term career plan.

Online Assessment is First Round. Doesn't look like "a bot" as it is discussed online. More like a multiple choice and written quiz that is probably graded by a recruiter.
Second Round is back-to-back 45min case interviews. Both interviewers were not engaged. Gave random behavioral for the first part of the interview. Was not receptive with interviewee during the case. Could clearly see them switching tabs to work when I was talking.

Interview
First round interviews for BCG, included two interviews - one with a Project Leader and one with a Principal. First ~15 minutes were fit questions followed by a 30 minutes case interview. The overall experience in this round was really positive.

Question 1
Regarding the fit part - both interviews had classic fit questions such as why Consulting and other questions regarding the CV. The first case was more about structure, navigating the case and taking charge of the conversation. The second case was designed to better test the quantitative skills, so the round was balanced.
