Had a series of 6 interviews over 3 months. -Every single interview the interviewer either didn't turn up or there was an issue with them setting up the meeting correctly. -All interviews were re-scheduled last minute at least once or twice. -Zero structure or purpose to the interviews felt repetitive and chaotic, some hadn't even read my resume beforehand. - Was then ghosted by HR and never provided an outcome after 6 rounds. -Very chaotic and messy process for a 'market leader'.
