Interview
I didn’t know what to expect so I was a bit intimidated to find out the interview was with all of the Med Surg nursing directors plus a nurse educator. I think it was about 8 people total. I also didn’t understand when they all introduced themselves with the same title but there are various med surg units with different specialties (they just didn’t specify what their specialty was in their intro). Besides that, the interview was pretty standard.

Part of the interview process is sending a letter of content. During the panel interview you can tell no one reads it, so don’t stress to much about it. Certain staff treat it like a popularity contest.
