I was contacted for an interview 2-3 months after submitting the application. I had zoom interview with 5 people followed up with departement leadership. They were very responsive during the process but after the second (in-person) interview they stopped any communication. I followed up twice (once even with HR). No response at all. After bothering to drive and come in person to meet a team, i find highly unprofessional the complete lack of communication. Sad actually how some universities are poorly run.
