It's outlined on the website. Standard call in interviews and then panel interviews. Additionally a take home assignment. Straightforward but you can tell they care about their team. The most difficult part of the interview really was just the length of it. There are a lot of stages, but I enjoyed the process simply because it showed me I'd be at a company that put a lot of effort into getting the right people involved.

Question 1
One thing they continually asked was about why I was interested in Branch. They want people that aligned with the company values and ensured they would fit in.
Great process. Thorough, but you meet a lot of nice people with great personalities. There's behavioral and technical sections, but they all set you up well for understanding how to succeed in the role.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Branch (Berlin) in Mar 2022
Interview
Pathetic and completely unorganised process. No communication and this particular recruiter Robbie Yates ghosted me and I had to follow up so many times just to have the recruiter call. I moved to hiring manager round. The interview went well but next day I received a mail of rejection. I asked for feedback but well! What do you expect from an organisation and recruiting team which ghosts you even before your interview?
