I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Breadsmith.

    Interview

A face to face interview with one of the two owners. I was asked around 5-7 short open-ended questions that I answered on the spot. I was called two days later and that was it. I happened to be wearing slacks and a tie that day, but I would say that it wasn't necessary at all.

    Interview

The hiring and interview process was pretty enjoyable and quick. The manager right away put me to work, as a trial. The conversation between me and owner of that Breadsmith took around an hour, in which time I was also given a tour around the bakery.
