I worked at Breadsmith (More than a year)

    Pros

I really enjoyed most of the aspects of working here. Management was very involved and always hands-on. I liked the neighborhood and the cookies especially.

    Cons

Sometimes I had to work by myself, which I did not like, but I got over it. Also, it's a lot of being on your feet every day which can get tiresome.

    Advice to Management

Invest in a larger A/C system for the whole space.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Breadsmith part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

An excellent summer job especially for college students. Farmers markets, register, and small product completion for laid-back employment. Pay was good at slightly over $10/hr.

    Cons

My boss was particularly disagreeable. Her hours were ridiculous for the pay she offered. She would let workers go on vacation and then penalize them without warning them of the consequences. What's worse, she harassed me after I quit.

    Advice to Management

Check in regularly on your managers. Some of them are abusing their responsibilities.
