Brenner Fiedler interview questions

Interviewed the first time with the VP sales and engineering manager general basic questions thought both were great guys. Then started interviewing with the complete staff top to bottom. Came time to interview with the CEO and she was not available. Got the feeling people were afraid of this person not sure why! Asked if I would come back the following week to meet with her and her brother the VP of sales who I already met with. Interview was mostly based on the company goals, when they asked me what salary I was looking for I told them and they both turned red and looked at each other. Not out of the range at all for a person with my experience less then what I had been making. they eventually came back with a decent first year offer for one year only all commission after that.

Long process going back and forth on e-mails, calls, and several face to face meetings. Young staff. Interviewers seemed uncomfortable when the compensation subject came up and instead focused on company benefits. Pretty standard questions throughout. The main person I was supposed to meet on the first visit was not available due to a last minute meeting. That was understandable, but even after her meeting was over the person did not bother to stop by for an introduction. Found out it was an entry-level position when I specifically applied for Sr. level position. Everyone was nice and friendly throughout.
