I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bridgecrest (Fort Worth, TX) in Dec 2018
I applied 12-12 and was contacted 12-18 for a phone screen with a recruiter. I interviewed on 12-20 and the recruiter got back with me on 12-21. The actual interview for this position is with their finance company Bridgecrest. I did not receive an offer, however, I am very impressed with the value Bridgecrest places on their customers. The atmosphere was full of energy and while waiting for my interview I had a nice conversation with one of the employees at the front desk. He had very positive things to say about Bridgecrest. Bridgecrest seems to be a strong company with a lot of growth and opportunties to promote.
- Initial questions focused on my previous employment. The interview was more like a conversation.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bridgecrest (Fort Worth, TX) in Nov 2018
Interview was about 45 min long. I interviewed with two persons whose tenure with the company were less than a year. They did not seem to know what they were doing. They focused more on my hobbies outside of work than my experience and skill set listed in my resume. Asked very repetitive questions and were not actively engaged in the interview. After the interview, they walked away for about 10 minutes. Then one manager returned and told me you are a " recruiter " you should know was coming next. " We'll call you." After that I never received a call or message until 4 weeks later. Glad I dodged the bullet! They're hours are terrible and as seen by the initial interview so is there management. You are forced to work every other Saturday and close two days and open the other 3. Oh and that rotates! Also, do not get too comfortable. Management does not like when candidates are confident and articulate.
- What do you like to do for fun?

Phone interview with recruiter, then face to face with an assistant director and senior manage, they will ask you serious of questions, then if they want to move forward you will do a side by side on the floor. After that, you’ll go back to interview room and they will ask what you think and tell you more about the job.
- Why are you wanting to leave current job?
