Not Bad for a Call Center, but far from perfect

Most Mid-Level managers care for their teams and do what they can Senior Leadership can be good, but varies Pay is Decent after recent compensation changes for base level employees
Cons
Company leadership is reactive to the market and not proactive. Communication is constantly mixed and contradicts training. Leadership has gone back on employee experience improvement promises in the past and seem disinterested in most employee concerns. Took a very long time to update compensation for the lower level to mid level leadership and because they delayed lost many talented and passionate leaders over the last year. Their best leader and Director of the Dallas office was pushed out by other senior leadership unceremoniously and without reason.

Feb 24, 2023 - Loan Advisor in Fort Worth, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Decent benefits is really the only thing
Cons
Terrible management all around. They lie to u and make u think ur going to get a hire position, but they keep u with loan Advisor pay doing manager duties. Managers on the floor use shady tactics that are against policies and use intimidation tactics to imply them. When upper management finds out they blame the people on the floor rather than hold the manager accountable. They give out performance plans for people that fall in tier 5 once and if you land in it again, ur either written up or fired which causes unnecessary stress. Upper management found a loop hole and made our 6 day work week mandatory without overtime! ( FLEX WEEK SHAVED 4 hrs to do that ) they also DID NOT ALLOW ANY KIND OF OVERTIME. Managers play the favoritism game and they lowered the bonus’ so much and now they are non existent! If ur looking for a company that treats you like a computer and doesn’t like to pay you for ur hard work, this is the company for you!

Pros
Quickly moved up in departments but once you reach a certain level you’re either stuck or move into management. Easy job if you come in do your job and don’t get into the drama. Great benefits!
Cons
Constant movement of manager. You will get a new one each month. Horrible pto accrual. 3 hours every paycheck. Allow you to borrow pto but then takes forever to “pay back”

Thank you for sharing your experience as a Loan Advisor. Between our family companies of Bridgecrest, DriveTime and SilverRock, there are plenty of growth opportunities available, and we often promote employees from within and are glad to hear you experienced that first hand. We strongly believe in the value of work-life balance and encourages employees to take time away from work to rest, recharge and spend time with friends and family. Beginning the first day of employment, all full-time and part-time regular employees accrue PTO hours each pay period, which increase based on employment status / length of service. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future role.

Pros
I started off as a Loan Advisor, and my position was based around providing assistance to our customers regarding their loan and how to financially help save money and end their loan quicker. I moved to multiple postions because my manager thought I was flexible enough to work any position and time.
Cons
I just wanted a new challenge in the position I was working at and I had already fulfilled all my challenges at this job.
