I interviewed at Bridgewater Associates (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview consists of well-structured questions — they aren’t overly technical or meant to test specific subject-matter expertise. Instead, they are designed to evaluate how you approach problems, organize your reasoning, and apply analytical thinking to unfamiliar situations. The emphasis is less on recalling factual knowledge and more on demonstrating clarity of thought, logical problem-solving, and the ability to break down complex scenarios into manageable parts.
