First was a standard one-on-one interview with the manager. This was then followed up by a large group interview during the same week. The group interview lasted for over an hour.

Interview
Brightspark recruited me directly from my University. I was invited for a 1-on-1 interview where they asked a variety of really different and unique questions. After the 1-on-1 interview, I was invited to a group interview with other candidates. This group interview was based on complex task achievement, however, the real goal of the group interview was to test our social, cooperative and leadership skills.
