I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Brightspot (College Park, MD) in Sep 2016
Interview
Just handed out a copy of my resume to the company's recruiter, showed him some of my projects, and he scheduled an on campus interview immediately on the next day of career fair. The entire process is very convivial. No technical questions. Just went through my resume. And I was rejected after 2 days. The reason is most likely that I require a sponsorship to work.

Question 1
Can you describe one of your most interesting projects to me?
Pretty laid back, same questions from glassdoor in the initial interview, onsite interview was to make an article webpage that allows comments. I added CSS to animate on scroll, performance was great. Tried to go above and beyond by implementing an additional commment thread feature and introduced a bug in the comment liking logic.

Interview
The office is in a great location. The interview process will be very long so be prepared. You have to talk with different groups and have a lunch talk in their office. The interviewers are all nice and professional. The questions are not hard.

Interview
Went to my college's career fair and talked to a recruiter about the projects and experiences on my resume. That night, they asked me to come in the next day for a 30 minute interview. There were two of them, and they asked me about my background and generally tried to suss out whether I'd be a good fit for most of it. At the end, there were a few technical questions.
