Applied after finding vacancy on line. Had a response within a few days and was called to interview the next week. The interview itself was around 45 minutes long. As the position was based in Paris, questions were asked in both English and French which was a little daunting at first.

No unexpected questions - all questions were based around the competencies that were in the original application.
Very straightforward and to the point. They wanted to check if I am a good fit for the everyday responsibilities of the position I applied for. An overall good experience

Interview
Panel interview over the phone during which three staff members asked me between 2-3 questions each. They gave me an opportunity to ask any questions I might have and explained what the process is like going forward. A week after the interview, I got invited for an in-person chat with the supervisor, during which I completed an exercise (composing an email sample and catching mistakes in a spreadsheet). After checking my references, I got the position.
